EMERGENCIES AND OFFICE CALLS
We can be reached after office hours by calling our office number listed on the front of this brochure. Our answering service will then contact us and we will call you back as soon as possible to assist with your medical emergency.
During office hours, we will call you with lab results and return non-emergency calls during the late morning and late afternoon. Of course, all emergency calls will be returned immediately and any urgent, non-emergency calls will be returned as soon as possible.
OUR PHILOSOPHY OF PRACTICE
West Orange Family Medical Care is established for the sole purpose of providing caring, personalized, quality heath care to the families and individuals in our surrounding communities.
WHAT IS A FAMILY PRACTICE?
As Family Practice Physicians, we provide total health care for all members of the family, from 6 years old to senior citizens. Since we are trained to diagnose and treat most office-based medical problems, we are your health care advocates.
If necessary, we also will direct your health care to other medical specialists and consult with them regarding your medical conditions; but we specialize in you, the whole person.
We offer comprehensive health care with a strong emphasis on preventive and maintenance medicine for all patients. We also make visits to nursing homes for special patients.

Any deductibles are payable at the time of your appointment; otherwise, payment is due when services are rendered. If you belong to a HMO group, please call us before you come to the office to verify participation with your HMO. For your convenience, payments may be made by cash, check, Visa, Master Card or American Express.
